This logistics transshipment centre has over 40 years of experience. It mainly transships many mineral-based raw materials. It is an important location for sand and gravel storage and sale for industrial and private customers. Furthermore a large strategic stock of de-icing salt is kept in two bulk silos for the Southeast Netherlands.

The port has a 150 m dock and 5 ha of storage area. Its central location off the Maas makes it a welcoming port for inland ships with a maximum tonnage of 2,500 tonnes. Excellent accessibility to the industrial hinterland is guaranteed with the direct connection to the A2 motorway and the nearby A73.
