Organisation
The WPS organisation is characterised by short communication lines. The company is led by a Board of Directors (3), which is supported by a Management Team (5), which in turn receives assistance from the site managers and operational staff.
The WPS Group has split its operations into separate companies in order to control the deployment of manpower and assets for all sites effectively and on a project basis from its Stein headquarters.
